What you will get to do:

• Processing of purchase invoices according to company procurement policy and accounting/tax rules (Poland).

• AP / AR compensation, preparing payments batches 

• Handling T&E reports and reconciliations through Concur expense management

• Other accounting tasks that do not require specialized tax knowledge 

  
  

Who we are looking for:

• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role

• Basic knowledge of VAT regime in Poland.

• Analytical problem-solving and attention to detail.

• Good English skills both spoken and written.

  
  

Systems:

• Proficient with MS Office: MS Excel, Outlook.

• NetSuite preferred; training will be provided if new.
