Responsibilities

• Developing and managing ETF-based investment strategies, including market analysis, selection of appropriate funds, and adapting strategies to changing market conditions
• Periodic portfolio rebalancing and composition adjustments aimed at optimizing performance and managing risk
• Monitoring portfolio results and conducting performance analysis to ensure alignment with investment objectives
• Drafting and updating terms and conditions of asset management services as well as internal procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency
• Designing and implementing operational processes to enhance team effectiveness and maintain high service quality
• Overseeing regulatory reporting obligations, including preparation and submission of reports in line with applicable legal requirements
• Collaborating closely with the Product & Technology teams in the development and enhancement of Investment Plans services
• Supporting internal stakeholders with expertise in passive investment strategies and ETF markets

Requirements

• Licensed Investment Advisor (Doradca Inwestycyjny)
• Proven experience in asset management, particularly in passive and ETF-based strategies
• Strong understanding of capital markets and portfolio construction principles
• Ability to combine operational execution with strategic thinking
• Experience in creating internal regulations, procedures, and regulatory documentation
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements related to asset management services
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in working with data

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SQL
• CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation or progress toward it
• Knowledge of VBA or Python
