Job description
Providing excellent customer service and support for Czech and Slovak clients
Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers
Resolving client issues in a timely manner to ensure high levels of satisfaction
Handling and explaining customer complaints, both in writing and over the phone
Monitoring developments on financial markets
Working with the CRM system to verify and update client data
Cooperating with external XTB branches and internal departments
Requirements
Czech language at a native or proficiency level
Very good command of English (spoken and written)
Higher education (or status of a 4th or 5th year student)
Responsibility, ability to multitask, prioritize, and complete tasks efficiently
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Good knowledge of MS Office
Positive and proactive attitude
Nice to have
Previous experience in a customer service role
Knowledge of financial markets and XTB’s core business
