Responsibilities

• Maintaining the register of Polish securities in compliance with KDPW regulations

• Reconciling data (transactions/balances) between XTB’s record-keeping system (Arise MBO) and the market

• Identifying and resolving discrepancies and supervising the correct handling of corporate actions (e.g., dividend payments)

• Handling securities transfers between XTB and other institutions

• Developing and automating operational processes

• Creating dedicated IT tools to support operations

• Contributing to the development of XTB’s record-keeping system (Arise MBO) – preparing requirements, testing, and implementation

• Collaborating with IT, Accounting, Taxes, Data Warehouse, Risk, and Legal departments

Requirements

• Knowledge of KDPW regulations related to securities registration.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a back-office unit within a brokerage house.

Nice to have

• Securities registration specialist license (licencja specjalisty ewidencji PW)

• Broker license (licencja maklerska)

• Participation in CFA or CIIA programs

• Knowledge of SQL, VBA, or Python

• Experience in team management
