We are looking for a motivated and strategic Influencer & Partnerships Specialist to strengthen our presence in the Italian market through collaborations with influencers, partners, and affiliates.

If you have experience in influencer marketing, managing strategic partnerships, and building valuable relationships, this is an excellent opportunity to join an international, dynamic, and fast-growing team.

Responsibilities

• Identifying, selecting, and managing influencers and partners in line with the brand strategy
• Coordinating briefing, onboarding, and content approval processes
• Ensuring brand consistency and compliance with regulatory requirements across all published materials
• Maintaining clear and ongoing communication with influencers, partners, and internal teams
• Overseeing key activities within the affiliate program, including onboarding, compliance, payments, and reporting
• Monitoring campaign performance and proposing actions for optimization

Requirements

• Experience managing influencers, partnerships, or affiliate programs
• Strong knowledge of the influencer and partnership landscape in Italy, with the ability to quickly identify new profiles and collaboration opportunities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Native-level Italian
• Good command of English, useful for communication with the international team
• Analytical mindset, initiative, and a results-oriented attitude
• Ability to work independently and in a structured way within an international environment
• Interest in the financial or fintech sector (preferred)
