Responsibilities
- Calculating capital requirements in line with applicable regulations (IFR/CRR), including verifying data accuracy, performing reconciliations, and preparing supporting documentation
- Maintaining, validating, and consolidating capital adequacy data across the XTB Group, ensuring consistency and compliance in reporting from subsidiary entities
- Supporting external regulatory filing deliverables, including reporting to KNF, BFG, Pillar 3, and other disclosures
- Conducting data quality checks, identifying discrepancies, and coordinating corrective actions with relevant teams
- Developing and enhancing reporting tools, templates, and processes to support accurate and efficient capital requirements calculations and monitoring
- Supporting the group-wide oversight of capital adequacy, including reviewing of capital requirements calculations
- Collaborating closely with Finance and Accounting teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of regulatory data
- Evaluating and managing controls on key processes and functions
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in capital adequacy, regulatory reporting or a related field within financial services or banking
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Quantitative Methods, or a related field
- Knowledge of IFR/CRR/CRD regulations and capital requirement methodologies
- Experience in calculating capital requirements, performing reconciliations, and validating large datasets
- Strong experience with SQL and comfort working with large and complex datasets
- Very strong analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to identify gaps and propose practical solutions
- Self-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a focus on process improvement and effectiveness
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and operate in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in English sufficient for professional communication
