BI Analyst - HR Performance

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to strengthen our HR Performance Analytics function. In this role, you will leverage advanced data skills and BI tools to design KPI frameworks, build scalable dashboards, and provide actionable insights on organizational and individual performance.

This is a highly analytical role with strong business impact – you will partner with HR and business leaders to ensure data-driven performance management processes and support evidence-based decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain KPI frameworks for individual, team, and organizational performance,

• Build and optimize dashboards and reporting solutions (Power BI / Databricks),

• Work with large datasets to calculate thresholds, benchmarks, and performance distributions,

• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical requirements,

• Support data integration and automation of performance reporting processes,

• Conduct advanced analyses (trend, variance, benchmarking) to identify performance drivers,

• Present insights and recommendations to senior management in a clear, data-driven way.

  
  

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a BI Analyst / Data Analyst (HR or People Analytics background is a plus, but not mandatory),

• Strong proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Databricks) and advanced Excel,

• Solid SQL skills (data extraction, transformation, querying large datasets),

• Experience with KPI design, benchmarking, and performance reporting,

• Strong data visualization and storytelling skills,

• Ability to work with stakeholders to define reporting needs and deliver actionable insights,

• Fluent English (B2/C1).
