Job description:
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Talent Department, with a focus on developing and optimising analytics across key HR areas - primarily Compensation & Total Rewards, but also Performance and Talent Acquisition.
In this role, you will use your analytical expertise and BI tools to create scalable dashboards, define KPI frameworks, and deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decisions in how we attract, reward, and develop our people.
This position offers the opportunity to combine data analytics with business understanding, directly influencing talent strategy and organisational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain dashboards, data models, and KPI frameworks across Talent areas (Total Rewards, Performance, Talent Acquisition),
Conduct compensation and benchmarking analyses to support salary reviews, pay equity, and bonus processes,
Partner with HR and business stakeholders to translate talent and performance needs into analytical solutions,
Analyse large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the employee lifecycle,
Drive automation and standardisation of reporting processes using Power BI, Databricks, and SQL,
Present clear and data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders, enabling evidence-based decision-making.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a BI Analyst or Data Analyst, ideally within Total Rewards / Compensation; experience in HR Analytics, Performance Analytics, Talent or Controlling areas will be considered an advantage,
Strong proficiency in Power BI, Databricks, and advanced Excel,
Solid SQL skills (data extraction, transformation, and working with large datasets),
Proven experience in KPI design, benchmarking, and compensation analytics,
Excellent data visualisation and storytelling abilities,
Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills,
Fluent English (B2/C1).
Nice to have:
Experience in Performance or Talent Acquisition Analytics,
Familiarity with HR systems (e.g. HiBob, Workday) and market benchmarking tools,
Understanding of key HR metrics such as attrition, time-to-hire, or engagement indicators.
