Compensation & Benefits Specialist

Your responsibilities

• Administer and coordinate salary review processes and bonus pay cycles

• Manage employee benefits programs, including market research, benchmarking, and the implementation of new offerings

• Participate in compensation market surveys as well as job evaluation and job mapping activities

• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports and perform data analysis related to compensation and benefits

• Draft, update, and maintain Compensation & Benefits policies and broader HR policies

• Act as a Center of Expertise (CoE), providing guidance and support to managers on Total Rewards-related matters

  
  

Our requirements

• Relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits administration and data analysis

• Experience working in a multinational environment and supporting multiple locations

• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including advanced formulas and Pivot Tables

• Working knowledge of HR systems

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken

• Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical mindset, and confident presentation skills
