Responsibilities

Join the XTB Partner Marketing team and grow your career in a dynamic fintech environment.As a Junior Partnership Specialist, you will support the development and maintenance of relationships with business partners, co‑creating strategies that expand the reach and effectiveness of our marketing activities.

• Building and maintaining relationships with partners within XTB’s affiliate program

• Acquiring new partners and actively seeking new marketing collaboration opportunities

• Monitoring the performance of partnership campaigns and reporting results

• Supporting the analysis of affiliate network performance and optimizing promotional activities

• Managing and overseeing the affiliate system, including verification of settlements and agreements

• Collaborating with the marketing team to create creative promotional formats involving partners

Requirements

• Good work organization

• Strong communication skills

• English proficiency at B2 level (mandatory)

• Higher education or last years of studies (preferred fields: management, marketing, economics, finance)

• Team‑oriented mindset and ability to build long‑term relationships

• Time‑management skills and excellent organizational abilities

• Willingness to develop knowledge in financial markets

Nice to have:

• Interest in financial markets or investing experience

• Experience in B2B cooperation
