We are looking for a Performance Lead to own and enhance XTB’s global performance framework. In this role, you will drive performance management and talent processes across regions, ensuring fairness, consistency, and strong business alignment. You will partner with leaders, People Partners, and managers to deliver measurable impact through performance evaluation, feedback, calibration, and succession planning.

Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Management
Support managers in setting measurable KPIs and applying performance standards fairly,
Maintain and continuously improve the global performance framework and related documentation,
Lead the performance cycle, including reviews, feedback, calibration, and distribution,
Own the performance calendar and align timelines with business priorities,
Monitor and own key metrics such as attrition, performance distribution vs. KPIs, and task completion.
2. Collaboration & Enablement
Provide tools, frameworks, and training to support effective feedback and development.
Partner with People Partners around the globe to ensure consistent process application across regions.
Use talent insights to drive workforce planning, succession, and leadership development.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in the performance management field.
Strong understanding of performance frameworks, KPI setting, and calibration processes.
Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Strong negotiation skills at various levels in the organization, especially in cooperation with C-level executives and top management.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Proven experience in the people management field.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data-driven insights.
