SEO Specialist

Responsibilities

• Supporting the global SEO team in ongoing optimisation activities for xtb.com/pl

• Conducting keyword analysis and preparing content recommendations – creating and optimising meta tags, headers, and SEO descriptions

• Participating in technical website audits (with support from specialists)

• Monitoring keyword rankings and analysing organic traffic (Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush)

• Collaborating with copywriters, translators, partners, and the IT department when implementing on‑site changes

• Reporting SEO results and proposing improvements

  
  

Requirements

• Experience in a similar role

• Basic knowledge of SEO (on‑site, off‑site, content, technical aspects)

• Ability to analyse data and draw conclusions

• Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and at least one SEO tool (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Senuto)

• Good command of English (minimum B2)

• Independence, accuracy, willingness to learn, and initiative
