We are looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team and help build and manage our brand's social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating strategies, planning, and executing campaigns and activations, as well as analyzing the results of social media activities. Our goal is to be the best financial brand in social media, and the person we're looking for will help us achieve this will be responsible for some of the 15 markets in which we operate.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating social media activities across local markets
- Planning and developing strategic communication directions for social media
- Creating ideas for formats, campaigns, and creative concepts that can be adapted across multiple markets
- Leading regular meetings with markets, supporting them, and inspiring their day-to-day activities
- Monitoring what individual markets are doing and ensuring consistency and quality of communication
- Analyzing social media performance and recommending improvements
- Building long-term relationships with agencies and local marketing teams
- Building internal community based on knowledge sharing
- Developing standards based on the most effective implementations
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in social media, including experience in a coordination role
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and effective digital communication
- Ability to think strategically and turn ideas into scalable actions across different markets
- Experience in creating or developing creative concepts and content for social media
- Strong organizational skills, independence, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders
- Communicative level of English
