We are looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team and help build and manage our brand's social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating strategies, planning, and executing campaigns and activations, as well as analyzing the results of social media activities. Our goal is to be the best financial brand in social media, and the person we're looking for will help us achieve this will be responsible for some of the 15 markets in which we operate.

Responsibilities

• Creating and implementing a social media marketing strategy
• Managing company profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others
• Planning, creating, and publishing engaging content (posts, graphics, videos)
• Monitoring and analyzing campaign results and reporting on effectiveness
• Collaborating with the marketing team to integrate social media activities with the overall marketing strategy
• Building and maintaining relationships with users and influencers
• Tracking social media trends and recommending new solutions
• Managing the budget for social media campaigns

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of social media management tools
• Ability to create engaging content
• Experience in data analysis and reporting
• Creativity, initiative, and the ability to work in a team
• Advanced English language skills

Nice to Have

• Experience in the financial services or fintech industry
• Familiarity with multi-market or international social media campaigns
• Knowledge of additional languages relevant to our operating markets
