In Poland, we collaborate with the biggest stars, such as Magda Gessler, Edyta Górniak, Teresa Lipowska, Katarzyna Cichopek, Piotr Żyła, Cezary Żak, Robert Janowski – now it’s time for global expansion!

Who are we looking for?

Country Managers who:

• Are native speakers of the target market (English, German, French, Czech, Slovak- one of these languages).
• Have passion, energy, and dynamism – love to win.
• Are assertive and confident – capable of executing successfully in international markets.
• Possess diligence and determination – always see projects through to the end.
• Demonstrate openness to change and flexibility – know how to adapt to local markets.
• Excel in organization and responsibility – can oversee projects from strategy to execution.

 Your responsibilities:

• Building the Yerbador brand in new markets – from strategy to execution with  help of our Board of Directors.
• Creating advertisements with local content creators – collaborating with creative agencies and influencers.
• Translating advertising texts and sales pages – fully adapting to local standards.
• Contacting local stars and influencers – building relationships and hiring brand ambassadors.
• Organizing the customer service process (call center) – ensuring top-quality contact and support.
• Managing logistics – coordinating deliveries and product imports, optimizing processes.
