Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant to join our team. The person in this role will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and translating them into effective solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. This position involves close collaboration with clients and end users to ensure the system supports optimized business processes, particularly in production, warehouse, and logistics environments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and translate them into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.

• Facilitate workshops with clients and business users to gather requirements and ensure alignment.

• Collect and document functional requirements clearly and accurately.

• Configure the system according to business specifications without programming.

• Model and optimize production, warehouse, and logistics processes.

• Support solution architecture design, excluding AL development tasks.

• Collaborate with the development team on system extensions and customizations.

• Provide training sessions for end users to ensure effective system adoption.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

• Proven background as a Functional ERP Consultant or Business Analyst.

• Practical knowledge of modules related to logistics, warehouse management, and production.

• Demonstrated ability to conduct workshops and engage directly with clients.

• Experience in system configuration without programming tasks.

• Strong understanding of business processes in logistics, production, and warehouse management.

• Capability to work independently with effective time management in a remote work environment.

• Fluency in Polish and English at B2+/C1 level
