We are looking for a CRM & Marketing Automation Expert. This is a key operational role within the Retention & Engagement team, working in close collaboration with the Head of the function and playing a critical part in shaping the CRM roadmap, driving experimentation, and improving user retention.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation in B2C environments (fintech, SaaS, subscription apps)
- Strong working knowledge of at least one marketing automation platform (e.g. Iterable, Salesforce Customer.io, Intercom)
- Proven ability to plan, build, and optimize automated campaigns across lifecycle stages and communication channels
- Experience with key messaging formats and systems: email (HTML/templates), mobile push, in-app modals/tooltips, SMS Solid understanding of CRM performance metrics: open rates, CTR, conversion, retention, reactivation
- Experience using analytics tools
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in an iterative, fast-paced environment
- Good command of Polish and English - internal communication and documentation are in English
Responsibilities
- Build and manage multi-channel CRM campaigns (email, push, in-app, SMS) using tools like Iterable, Customer.io, Salesforce MC, or similar platforms
- Design and optimize automated lifecycle journeys based on real-time behavioral triggers and user segments – including onboarding, engagement, win-back, and upgrade (freemium → premium) flows
- Own configuration and management of event-based logic, triggers, delays, filters, and dynamic content in the automation platform
- Execute customer segmentation strategies based on behavior, lifecycle stage, transactional activity, and engagement patterns
- Launch and manage A/B tests across messaging, delivery timing, user paths, and templates; report on performance and learnings
- Collaborate with Product, Data, and UX teams to align CRM efforts with product experience and customer journeys
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with privacy policies (GDPR) and support CRM data tagging standards
- Contribute to lifecycle roadmap planning and experimentation backlog with the Head of Retention & Engagement
