Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global PR strategy, tailored to our international presence while ensuring consistency across markets

• Manage media relations across all regions – building strong relationships with business, tech and finance journalists

• Draft and distribute press releases, media statements, thought leadership commentary, and executive interviews

• Secure media coverage in top-tier and relevant niche publications, both proactively and reactively

• Handle crisis communications planning and execution, supporting leadership with risk management and messaging

• Monitor media activity, track KPIs (e.g. earned reach, sentiment, share of voice), and provide actionable reporting to leadership

• Identify and capitalize on thought leadership opportunities: conferences, industry panels, expert commentary, authored content

• Manage external PR agencies across markets – from briefing and strategic alignment to execution, quality control and reporting

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Product, Legal, Customer Experience and Executive teams to align messaging

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in public relations, media relations or corporate communications in a fast-paced international environment

• Proven experience in creating and executing PR strategies across multiple markets

• Excellent media network (ideally in Poland and/or key international markets)

• Hands-on experience working with and managing external PR agencies, including multi-country coordination

• Exceptional writing skills in both English and Polish (press releases, Q&A, statements, opinion pieces)

• Solid understanding of reputational risk management and crisis communications

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills – proactive, diplomatic, and solution-oriented

• Knowledge of fintech, tech or regulated industries is a plus

• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
