Working closely with the founder & CEO, the CBO is a strategic leader who ensures that ZEN.comachieves ambitious revenue, market share, and product adoption targets while attracting world-class talent and fostering a high-performance culture.


Responsibilities:

Strategy & Execution

  • Build scalable proposition across regions.

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for key geographies and verticals

  • Define and deliver on revenue and growth targets


Product & Market Fit

  • Collaborate with product, tech, and marketing teams to align offerings with practical customer needs.

  • Shape the value proposition to balance standardized products with local market nuances.

  • Oversee strategies and positioning in competitive markets to offer better solution.


Team Leadership & Talent

  • Build, lead, high-performing teams across regions and department.

  • Attract and retain top talent aligned with ZEN’s values.

  • Foster a resilient, solution-oriented, and adaptable culture that thrives under scale-up pressures.


Partnerships & Expansion

  • Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships to accelerate growth.

  • Leverage ZEN’s ecosystem of customers for cross-sell opportunities.


Required Experience & Skills:

  • Proven track record 15+ years building products, business development solutions and managing high-performance teams in at least two continents.

  • Deep understanding of customer needs and standardized value proposition.

  • Global relations with partners in yours verticals.

  • Resilience and ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, scale-up environments.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
