- Provide online support for our users via email and chat on a daily basis;
- Handle phone interactions with clients on behalf of other departments;
- Conduct video-calls with customers if needed;
- Identify opportunities for enhancing team efficiency and process optimization;
- Contributing to Support's Internal Knowledge Base;
- Occasional help with Social Media management;
- Analyze the needs of users to provide tailored assistance;
- Create and maintain a positive image of the company;
- Collaborate on internal projects.
- Availability for shift work during both weekdays and weekends.
- At least one year of experience as a Support Agent, with demonstrated track record of meeting KPIs & implementing process improvements;
- Basic troubleshooting skills;
- Ability to deliver top-notch Customer Support that goes beyond the issue resolution;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Good manners and a professional demeanor;
- Fluency in Polish and English (minimum C1 level);
- German language will be a plus;
- Experience or Interest in the cryptocurrencies industry is welcome.
