About the role
Zowie sells to enterprise and upper mid-market consumer brands. Our buyers are customer service leaders, CIOs, and C-suite executives at companies handling millions of customer interactions. Reaching them requires more than awareness. It requires campaigns that are sharp, targeted, and built to generate pipeline.
We’re looking for a Growth Manager who can plan, build, and run demand generation campaigns across paid, organic, and outbound channels.
This is a hands-on role. You’ll be the person who actually sets up the campaigns, writes the ad copy, builds the landing pages, configures the targeting, analyzes what’s working, and scales what converts. We don’t need someone who manages agencies. We need someone who does the work.

Who you are
You might have 5+ years running growth at a B2B SaaS company. Or you might have 2 years and a track record that punches way above that number. You could be coming from an agency where you managed campaigns for tech clients and want to go in-house. Or you built growth for your own startup and learned by spending your own money. We care about what you can show us, not how long you’ve been doing it.
Whatever your path, you’ll need:
Hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Google and LinkedIn. You’ve managed real budgets and optimized for pipeline, not vanity metrics
SEO/GEO knowledge that goes beyond theory. You’ve built organic traffic and know how to connect it to demand generation
Experience with ABM or account-based outbound. You understand how to run targeted campaigns against a defined account list
Strong analytical skills. You live in dashboards, you know your numbers, and you can explain what’s working and why
The ability to write. Ad copy, email sequences, landing page headlines
A bias toward execution. You’d rather launch something imperfect today than plan something perfect for next month
Comfort with marketing tools: CRM, marketing automation, ad platforms, analytics. Specific tools matter less than knowing how to use them well
Enterprise B2B context is a strong plus
What you’ll do
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta. Manage budgets, targeting, creative, and reporting end-to-end
Build and scale ABM campaigns targeting enterprise accounts. Work with sales to identify high-value targets and run personalized outbound sequences
Own SEO and content-led growth. Identify high-intent keywords, brief content, optimize existing pages, and build organic acquisition as a sustainable channel
Build and test landing pages, ad copy, email sequences, and conversion flows. You’re not briefing a designer and waiting. You’re shipping
Analyze campaign performance obsessively. Understand what drives pipeline (not just clicks) and double down on what works
Collaborate with the team on broader go-to-market initiatives, bringing your execution expertise to company-wide growth efforts
Experiment constantly. New channels, new formats, new targeting strategies. Bring ideas, test them fast, kill what doesn’t work
Report on pipeline contribution, CAC, and campaign ROI. Connect every dollar spent to revenue outcomes
AI-native culture
