About the Competition

At Addepto, we thrive on creativity and innovation. This competition is designed to find individuals who are passionate about digital marketing and eager to grow professionally in the tech industry.

We ask you to complete 3 tasks that will reflect some of your future responsibilities. These tasks are the most important part of the competition so make sure you take some time to make them. We will also ask for your CV in the application form but your experience or education are not the criteria, we just want to get to know you better.

As an intern, you will focus mainly on:

• Managing content at Addepto and ContextClue Website (WordPress). Adding new content, updating and optimizing existing one.
• Working on SEO optimization on 2 websites.
• Market research on different topics - analyzing competiton and content, preparing insights.
• Preparing and adding posts on Addepto and ContextClue social media platforms.
• Preparing microcontent based on blogposts and whitepapers.
• Analyzing data using different tools - Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, Mailchimp.
• Supporting team in daily operations.
• Co-creating marketing strategy, taking part in quarterly planning and weekly meetings.

Job requirements

• Interest in Digital Marketing: Passionate about modern B2B marketing and new technologies.
• Proactive Learner: Hunger for marketing knowledge and the ability to apply it effectively.
• Fluent in English and Polish: Strong communication skills in both languages.
• Detail-Oriented: Meticulous with a keen eye for detail.
• Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Initiative: Propose new solutions and seek improvements.
• Time: you can work with us at least for 30h weekly.

Nice to Have:

We believe that soft skills in that position are more important than hard knowledge because we can teach you a lot, however having some of these skills will help you:

• Basic SEO knowledge.
• Experience with graphic tools like Canva or Visme.
• Familiarity with Meta, Google Ads, GA4, Google Search Console, or other analytical tools.

Competition Tasks

• Describe a Tool, Service, or Application: Write about a tool, service, or application you have recently started using. Explain why you chose this solution and the benefits it brings to you.
• Organize Given Content: Divide content into paragraphs and add appropriate headings to structure the text. Format it the way it will be more readable (add punctuation, bolds etc). Propose 2 titles for this publication. Add at least 2 external links to sources. You may add additional content if needed. >>download content here<<
• Write 2 social media posts promoting an event: a Hackathon at which you will need to build a Chatbot and validate its operation using ContextCheck (our OpenSource tool). One post will be directed to Facebook and the other to LinkedIn. Think about the target audience on these portals and the purpose of the posts. Language of the posts - English.

Prepare all tasks in one file and save as PDF.

How to Participate

1. Submit Your Application: Fill out the application form with your details and a brief cover letter explaining why you are the perfect candidate.
2. Complete the Competition Tasks: Show your skills by completing the tasks listed above. Add the PDF to your application.
3. Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview with our team.
4. Win: The top candidate will be offered the internship, with the possibility of it becoming a full-time position.
