At AlohaCamp, our mission is to inspire people to spend more time in Nature, helping people to be healthier and happier. We’re building a marketplace for booking unique outdoor accommodations, including glampings, cabins, treehouses, and private campgrounds. Launched just three years ago, we've already facilitated thousands of bookings, expanded into two countries (🇵🇱 🇪🇸), onboarded over 2,200 hosts, and built a community of 300k social media followers. Supported by top Polish investors and internet entrepreneurs, our goal is to become the world’s leading marketplace for booking nature spots.
🌲 Set up and automate processes, moving tasks from manual to automated, leveraging AI and automation to complete tasks up to 90% of the way.
🌲 Analyze and optimize revenue processes across sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure seamless operations.
🌲 Implement and manage No-Code Automation tools such as Zapier, Make, and others to streamline workflows and minimize manual tasks.
🌲 Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like HubSpot and Intercom to track key performance indicators and support strategic decision-making.
🌲 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on revenue strategies and objectives, ensuring cohesive execution.
🌲 Conduct data analysis to provide actionable insights that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
🌲 Continuously monitor and improve the performance of revenue-generating activities, identifying areas for further optimization.
🌲 Support and guide team members to achieve success, we all work toward a common goal.
🌲 Significant influence on business and overall success.

🌲 Salary range: 6,000 - 12,000 PLN, depending on experience. We are looking for two candidates at different experience levels. Whether you're just starting or have been in the field for a while, don't hesitate to apply.

🌲 Experience in setting up and executing outreach methods to drive growth.
