    Your Role as a RevOps specialist

    🌲 Set up and automate processes, moving tasks from manual to automated, leveraging AI and automation to complete tasks up to 90% of the way.

    🌲 Analyze and optimize revenue processes across sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure seamless operations.

    🌲 Implement and manage No-Code Automation tools such as Zapier, Make, and others to streamline workflows and minimize manual tasks.

    🌲 Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like HubSpot and Intercom to track key performance indicators and support strategic decision-making.

    🌲 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on revenue strategies and objectives, ensuring cohesive execution.

    🌲 Conduct data analysis to provide actionable insights that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.

    🌲 Continuously monitor and improve the performance of revenue-generating activities, identifying areas for further optimization.

    🌲 Support and guide team members to achieve success, we all work toward a common goal.


    What Do We Offer?

    🌲 Salary range: 6,000 - 12,000 PLN, depending on experience. We are looking for two candidates at different experience levels. Whether you're just starting or have been in the field for a while, don't hesitate to apply.

    Who We’re Looking For:

    🌲 Individuals who are focused, goal-oriented, and eager to contribute to a fast-growing startup.

    🌲 A proactive and solution-driven mindset – you actively seek solutions rather than just identifying problems.

    🌲 Familiarity with No-Code Automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or similar tools.

    🌲 Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and other sales and marketing technologies.

    🌲 Strong analytical skills with experience using data analysis tools.

    🌲 Logical reasoning and effective problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work well in a remote, collaborative environment.

    🌲 English proficiency (at least B2).


    Nice to have:

    🌲 Experience in no-code automation that bring tangible value to the company

    🌲 Previous experience in optimizing and scaling operations in a high-growth environment.

    🌲 Experience automating sales, marketing, and customer service operations.

    🌲 Experience in setting up and executing outreach methods to drive growth.
