    Company Overview: 

    Our company was established 4 years ago in Rzeszów, where during the pandemic we acquired our first clients and created a crisis-resistant organization. We provide back-office support to US clients who are looking for talented and ambitious individuals to join their teams. Our services cover a variety of industries including logistics, customer service, recruiting, insurance, accounting, finance and many more. 

    We are proud to have created an energetic and passionate team that is ready to take on challenges and continue to grow. 


    About role: 

    This role will be perfect for a person with proactive attitude and strong organizational and communicational skills to manage accounting task. 


    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Respond to customer and vendor inquiries with a friendly and professional manner
    • Answer emails related to payment status and missing paperwork requests from factoring companies
    • Make adjustments to invoices when errors are found, or additional charges need to be billed
    • Upload invoices to customer websites where required
    • Create monthly journal entries and reports
    • Maintain a good relationship with other departments including Sales, Operations, Brokerage and HR


    Our requirements: 

    • Professional in English for fluent verbal and written communication skills (C1)
    • Strong usage of computer, MS Office and Operations Software
    • Ability to manage a large volume of documents in an efficiently manner
    • Analytical thinking and the ability to organize work
    • Ability to participate in monthly and year-end closing activities
    • Punctuality and a high level of work culture
    • Availability to work in evening hours: 2PM - 11PM (with 1-hour lunch break)


    Nice to have: minimum of 2 years accounting experience
