Business Analyst

Job purpose:

Working in this position you will be responsible for supporting decision making processes within AmRest providing on time consistent, impactful and accurate management's information.

Your challenges:

• Preparation of financial and management analysis required to support business decision making processes including commentary of results,
• Analyzing financial information, identifying reasons of variances to budget or benchmarks, and providing a meaningful explanation for Senior Management and shareholders,
• Actively participating in a preparation of Annual Operation Plan and long term forecasts,
• Preparing long-term economic models facilitating evaluation of business opportunities on a fact basis,
• Implements standards of reporting and ensures consistency of processes within business performance area across the whole AmRest,
• Supporting business by leading training sessions regarding financial reports and tools including features of financial reporting system.

Your skills & experience:

• Min 2 years of experience within finance area with comparable business financial experience,
• University degree – preferably Finance, Economy, Mathematics,
• Attention to details,
• Knowledge of English at B2 level,
• Excellent MS Excel skills,
• Willingness and ability to learn and develop,
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills,
• Orientation on improving processes and analytical skills
• Experience with Power BI and VBA will be an asset.
