Opis stanowiska

Job purpose: As Senior Group Financial Analyst you will be responsible for ensures timely provision of accurate,

impactful and consistent management information, supporting strategic business decisions of Executive Team , analyzes reports and initiates actions in order to improve profitability of Group.


Your challenges:


  • Prepares analyses and provides monthly/quarterly/ad-hoc financial and management information for Executive Team supporting strategic business decisions, including commentary of results; measure financial impact, identifies reasons of variances to budget or benchmarks,
  • Actively participates in a preparation of/leads AOP, RF and 3Y/5Y model for AmRest group; identifies and investigates budget variances, threats and their related causes (budget control) as well as implements enhancement to forecasting tools,
  • Prepares financial data for Supervisory Board Presentations,
  • Coordinates/leads process across whole organization,
  • Prepares, updates and maintains enhancements in long-term economic models facilitating evaluation of business opportunities on a fact basis,
  • Introduces planning, forecasting and analysis tools,
  • Implements standards of reporting and ensures consistency of processes within business performance area across the whole Group,
  • Supports M&A analysis and process of integration after acquisition,
  • Direct support for CFO, Treasury, Tax or Consolidation team,
  • Leads finance training sessions.


Your skills & experience:


  • University degree – preferably Finance, Economy,
  • 3+years of relevant work experience,
  • Fluency in English,
  • Great analytical and problem solving skills,
  • Very good planning and organizational skills,
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Willingness and ability to learn and develop.
