Your challenges:
- Monitoring the performance of POS solution components and taking necessary actions to optimise the system,
- Handling incidents and resolving problems according to the agreed SLA,
- Controlling the services provided based on a monthly review of IT suppliers,
- Participating in the implementation process of new versions of the POS system,
- Learning about new system functionalities / changes to ensure effective support,
- Implementing security audit findings and recommendations in accordance with regulations,
- Ensuring data protection of the new POS system and creating backups.
Your experience and skills:
- University degree preferred - Computer Science / Information Technology preferred,
- Minimum one year experience in a similar position,
- High level of communication and interpersonal skills,
- Knowledge of MS Office and Dynamics 365,
- Knowledge of ERP systems, Azure, Azure DevOps will be an added advantage,
- High analytical skills, organisational skills, attention to detail,
- English language at B2 level.
