UK Payroll Specialist

Antdata is a data analytics company that focuses on delivering advanced data solutions.

We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented UK Payroll Specialist to join our team in a permanent role to support payroll operations.

You will be responsible for:

• Processing UK payroll for employees.
• Ensuring Data Integrity by accurately entering all payroll data and obtaining necessary approvals before processing any entries.
• Reconciling payrolls prior to approval and maintaining accurate records.
• Liaising with stakeholders including employees, HR, Benefits, and Finance teams.
• Staying up-to-date with current payroll legislation and assisting with the preparation of monthly payroll reconciliations and control reports.
• Supporting management with payroll reporting requests as needed.

Apply if you:

• Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in UK payroll in an in-house processing environment.
• Can manually calculate PAYE, NI, and Gross to Net.
• Have knowledge of statutory legislation (SSP, SMP, SAP, SPP & SHPP).
• Are proficient in Excel (including v-lookups).
• Have experience with ADP NGUX software (nice to have).
• Have a background in Professional/Financial Services (nice to have).
