GTM / AI Implementation Engineer

Your Mission

We have the AI expertise, the client demand, and the entrepreneurial experience. What’s missing? A GTM Engineer to architect and build the AI solutions that will redefine our clients' growth. This is a hands-on, revenue-focused builder role, not a traditional consultant or project manager position. You'll work in a completely flat structure, reporting directly to the founders.

What you’ll do:

• Design revenue-generating AI solutions for our clients.

• Build AI-driven workflows using tools like Clay, AirOps, Zapier, Make, and n8n.

• Own projects from A to Z, from initial idea to final implementation.

• Iterate constantly, troubleshooting and proactively finding solutions.

• Partner directly with clients to translate their business needs into reality.

• Collaborate with our team to refine and expand our library of reusable AI components.

  
  

You're a great fit if you:

• Have a few years of professional experience, preferably in consulting, B2B/B2C marketing, or some growth-focused roles.

• Possess a hands-on, "get it done" attitude and are a natural problem-solver.

• Are fluent in English and a confident communicator.

• Have a genuine enthusiasm for AI and are excited to master new tools.

• Are diligent, take ownership of your work, and have a growth mindset.

• Have experience with tech tinkering, automation tools and understand what an API is 😉

• Experience with coding in any programming language.

  
  

Bonus points for:

• A portfolio of AI fun-projects.

• Experience in vibe marketing and/or vibe coding.

• A background in science, engineering, IT, or math.

• Experience working with managerial-level stakeholders.
