Customer Advanced Quality Engineer

Your Role:

• Direct Customer contact for all Quality related topics during development and new business quotation
• Quality representative in Project Team during design and launch phase
• Assure that Customer specific quality requirements are met and APQP/PPAP deliverables provided on time
• Active participation in design and process risk analysis
• Execution of risk mitigation plans and implementation of identified lessons learned
• Quality support for Project Team in issues and defects analysis until resolution
• Coordination of tasks and actions between development and production teams
• Drive quality improvement plans for successful product launch
• Active participation in DFMEA and PFMEA reviews with Project Team, assuring CSR and lessons learned implementation

Requirements:

• M.Sc. in technical field (Engineering, Quality Management)
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in industry area / automotive quality
• Basic knowledge of quality systems standards (e.g. ISO 9000, IATF 16949)
• Advanced knowledge of quality tools such as: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, AIAG&VDA standards and CSR’s
• Proficiency in problem solving tools (3L5Why, 8D, FTA)
• Proficiency in professional business presentations
• Interpersonal skills: self-confident, communicative, evidence & risk based decision thinking, well time management and team worker
• Willingness to travel
• English – min. B2 level, second language (German/French) would be an advantage
• Technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical design would be an advantage
