aqua cloud is looking for an energetic Sales Lead to help us build cold outreach and boost our expansion in the international market.

In this role, your core responsibilities will include:

- leadership and control: ensuring ongoing control, support and guidance for the sales team to adhere to the established sales process and internal quality benchmarks;

- outbound sales process development: designing outbound sales strategy, building and maintaining a structured sales funnel.


Your job will be accompanied by an already developed and well-documented process, sales scripts, product training, automated tools, and managerial support. This position is part of our company's cohesive sales team, consisting of qualifying Sales Representatives, closing Sales Executives, and supporting Customer Success specialists.


This position is entirely remote, however, there may be occasions for business travel to meet key prospects or to participate in events and exhibitions (1-2 exhibitions annually).


What we expect of you:


- Your English are C1-C2, fluent to conduct dialogue and engage English-speaking customers in writing or in a live dialogue. Knowledge of German language is an advantage.

- You have 4+ years of professional experience in remote B2B sales / deals closing and can share examples of your successful performance in the past.

- You have 2+ years of professional experience in leading remote B2B sales teams and can share examples of your successful performance in the past.

- You have experience of successful implementation of an effective cold outreach strategy in B2B or B2D sector.

- You have an excellent grasp of sales theory, understand the stages of sales in B2B and focus on results only.

- You have a structured and analytical mindset, seeing a sales process as a ‘step-by-step process’ + ‘providing a solution’ journey, rather than a matter of ‘luck’ + ‘emotion’.

- You have worked in IT by selling SaaS or educational products to similar market segments and you feel familiar with software development and QA process.

- You have the ability to address both technical and business challenges with effective solutions.

- You are ready to deepen your knowledge and expertise in the topic of software development lifecycle.

- You are determined and have the unconditional will to achieve your personal success through your own performance.


Your responsibilities will be:


Leadership & Team Oversight

- Сontrol the sales team communication assets (audio- and video- calls, CRM records) and performance metrics.

- Provide ongoing support, training, and coaching to the sales team to drive consistent performance.

- Monitor team adherence to established sales processes, ensuring compliance with internal quality benchmarks.

- Conduct regular performance reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions when necessary.


Performance Tracking & Reporting

- Develop and maintain metrics and reporting systems to monitor team and individual performance.

- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for process enhancements.

- Present regular updates and insights to senior management on sales performance and strategy effectiveness.

- Gather and share key customer expectations and requests with relevant departments to ensure a customer-centric product development approach.


Outbound Sales Process Development

- Study the product documentation, our value proposition, and the customer portrait.

- Design, implement, and optimize an effective outbound sales strategy with a primary focus on LinkedIn and other relevant channels.

- Build and maintain a structured sales funnel, including lead generation, qualification, nurturing, and closing stages.

- Identify and leverage tools and techniques to enhance efficiency and tracking in the sales process.

- Continuously self-educate to improve and deepen your understanding of QA processes in IT.
