JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER (BUILDINGS)

 

Role description:


  • Assist in managing, supervising and coordinating all types of projects within the Buildings Business Line in terms of planning, organization, financial and legal issues
  • Assist in managing projects from early concept stage, engineering, procurement and construction management & commissioning
  • Advising, guiding and directing others in the way projects are run
  • Working with Senior Project Managers, Clients and managing their expectations and requirements
  • Coordinating required resources and billability on projects; including on-site team of engineers


Requirements:


  • Strong technical education in buildings construction
  • At least 1 year of professional experience
  • Previous experience with FIDIC contracts and projects completed in EPCM model is advantage
  • Fluent in both Polish and English
  • Good overall technical knowledge supported by hands-on experience
  • Commercial acumen, sense and skill
  • Deals with numbers with ease
  • Agile, quickly adapts to changing conditions and requirements (esp. market, Client)
  • Availability
  • Very high communication skill both verbal and written
  • Talks to the point and draws smart conclusions
  • Self and company-confident
  • Team player
