AP Specialist with French

Your responsibilities

• Customer service in French and English in the AP (P2P) process,
• Explaining discrepancies in supplier accounts regarding payment settlements,
• Maintain contact with clients via e-mail,
• Building and maintaining positive relations with the client,
• Contacts with external suppliers and within the organization,
• Suppliers balances confirmations,
• Additional task related to area of work in P2P processes,

Our requirements

• Higher education level, preferably economics, accounting or finance / At least Bachelor’s degree (preferably economic, in the field of finance and accounting) or relevant experience in finance area,
• Good command of French (minimum B2) and English language (minimum B2),
• Independence, availability and positive attitude,
• High personal culture in contacts with customers,
• Experience in the Liability Department will be an asset (AP/PTP),
• SAP knowledge welcomed,
• Analytical thinking skills,
• Good knowledge of MS Office,
• Working hours 10:00 – 18:00(optional 09:00-17:00),
• Ability to work under pressure and work in a team,
• Independence, availability and positive attitude.
