Customer Experience Specialist with Dutch


Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, create, update and follow up RFQ offers within the CRM, including header content and item registration. 

  • Perform volume and technical checks on customer inquiries in collaboration with the Volume Allocation Manager (VAM) and Client Technical Support (CTS). 

  • Assist the Account Manager in pricing processes and follow specific instructions for offer finalization (including “mini bar”, DPL) 

  • Manage derogation files in line with validation workflows (“price deviation form – pdf”, if still exists) 

  • Execute impact lists and perform retro billing tasks 

  • Maintain accuracy and completeness of customer data in the Customer Master system.

  • Create and manage SAP contracts to enable order registration (if still applicable).

  • Collaborate with other stakeholders to support the Account Manager in required tasks

  • Register customer claims (Product claims, Invoice claims) in the system and provide necessary support to the AM, and encashment teams. 

  • Monitor overall payment situation, support customer and internal teams in solving credit limit related topics, manage advance payments, providing support to AM as required.

  • Manage proforma requests, payments in advance, postponed payments

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Account Manager to maximize satisfaction 

 

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Dutch and English 

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role. 

  • Customer-Centric Mindset 

  • Strong communication skills, particularly interactions via phone, digital channels and email. 

  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently with minimal supervision. 

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. 

  • Proven experience in customer service, order management, or a related field. 

  • Familiarity with SAP, CRM tools, and offer management platforms (nice to have).
