Hey there!
We’re looking for an awesome Freelance Recruiter to join us in a fully outsourced model. You’ll be in charge of finding top-notch candidates and delivering their CVs and recommendations to our team. You’ll handle everything independently, using your own gear. What’s super important to us? Great self-organization, clear communication, and a fantastic candidate experience! Experience in IT recruitment is a must, and you need to have a solid understanding of the industry.
What you’ll do:
- understand our needs:
- work closely with our HR representatives to understand what we need, what we're struggling with, and what our company culture is like;
- find great candidates:
- actively search for candidates using various tools and channels (LinkedIn, job boards, databases, etc.),
- use direct search and headhunting techniques to find the best talent;
- initial screening:
- conduct initial interviews and screen applications,
- cvaluate candidates based on the job requirements,
- keep communication clear and transparent with candidates throughout the process;
- deliver CVs and recommendations:
- prepare and send CVs of shortlisted candidates along with your recommendations,
- provide detailed reports on candidates, highlighting their skills and experience;
- build a talent pool:
- create and maintain a database of potential candidates for future openings,
- keep in touch with selected candidates and ensure they have a positive experience;
- reporting:
- create reports on the recruitment process,
- regularly update us on the status of your recruiting efforts and provide feedback;
- support market analysis:
- conduct market analysis to understand the availability of talent,
- provide insights and recommendations based on market trends.
What we’re looking for:
- experience in IT recruitment is a must,
- solid understanding of the IT industry and its roles,
- experience in recruitment, especially in an outsourced model,
- knowledge of sourcing tools and techniques,
- ability to conduct initial interviews and assess candidates,
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- self-starter who can work independently,
- must have your own equipment and tools to get the job done,
- strong organizational skills and transparent communication.
