IT Recruitment Coordinator

Join NATEK and support a global, patient-focused biopharmaceutical company. We are seeking a dedicated colleague to facilitate vendor management and oversee the seamless onboarding and offboarding of candidates within our team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that all newcomers and departing members have a positive and efficient experience.

Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough CV reviews, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining streamlined processes throughout.

Responsibilities:

• Cooperation with various vendors/recruitment agencies
• Administrate and distribute job descriptions to main suppliers
• Creation and optimisation of processes
• Support the onboarding of new resources, arranging background checks, ordering and preparing for IT equipment, parking permits and other onboarding material
• Ensuring access accounts and access to systems is requested as required and created.
• Acting as SPOC for onboarding related questions
• Ensuring equipment and accounts are being maintained/replaced/renewed over time
• Oversee the offboarding of leavers

Requirements

• 2,5 years of previous experience in an administrative role within the IT- sector
• Experience in cooperation with external vendors/recruitment agencies
• You need to be flexible and easily adapt to changing priorities
• You are good at communicating and coordinating
• You like to get things in order and building effective routines
• Ability to multitask, work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Previous experience in working for a global company
• Fluent English and Polish
