Financial Analyst for Mergers and Acquisitions

Responsibilities 

● Conduct advanced financial analyses related to mergers and acquisitions of SaaS companies worldwide 

● Create and manage advanced reports and analyses in Excel, including Power Query, VBA, as well as in Power BI and Google Sheets 

● Identify potential investment opportunities and assess their impact on the company's financial performance 

● Automate analytical processes to enhance team efficiency 

● Collaborate with international teams to conduct due diligence and prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations 

● Support the CFO in preparing financial forecasts, synergy analyses, and ad-hoc analyses related to M&A processes 

Requirements 

● Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial analyst role 

● Preferred experience in financial analysis within a consulting firm, IT, or banking

● Advanced knowledge of Excel, including Power Query and VBA

● Experience working with Power BI and Google Sheets, including creating 

complex formulas and managing large data sets between Microsoft and Google applications 

● Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw conclusions from large data sets

● Attention to detail and the ability to work under time pressure

● Experience in the SaaS industry is an advantage, though not necessary if you have a willingness to learn and develop your skills 

● Fluency in English (minimum C1)
