Junior Business Analyst

As Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB), we offer financial solutions for corporate and institutional clients in a number of locations globally.

Our Securities Services business line is a multi-asset servicing specialist. We are an exciting, dynamic, and growing operations centre; therefore, we are looking for candidates who are willing to be a vital part of the expansion of BNP Paribas’ operational scope in Poland.

Responsibilities:

• Client migration to new banking system (securities sector)
• Preparation of the data and system set up required for client onboarding
• Understanding and analyzing the needs coming from the Business
• Writing functional & technical detailed specifications
• Creating and managing testing of new solutions including writing test plans, preparing test data, coordinating testing and user/client acceptance
• Cooperating with various teams to identify root cause and solution of issues

Requirements:

• Have minimum 3+ years’ experience in Banking or IT environment
• Proven analytical abilities
• Good IT skills, SQL\VBA knowledge is an asset
• Ability to understand, explain and support change
• Knowledge of the financial industry – with focus on Securities sector (fund industry) is an asset
• Fluency in English as working language
