Every month, we complete over 60.000 orders, in our offer you can find 15.000 beauty products - including body cosmetics, face and hair care. Our offer includes natural and vegan beauty products, niche brands, as well as products of leading cosmetic concerns, such as L’Oréal, COTY.

CRM Manager at Cocolita 


Your responsibilities 


  • Lead Cocolita’s CRM strategy and execution: Design and manage CRM activities for all customer segments and product verticals (incl. private label brands), while defining and monitoring KPIs to track their effectiveness; 
  • Develop Cocolita’s customer relationship & marketing strategy further (from upselling over cross-selling to reactivation) to improve Customer Lifetime Value; 
  • Ensure the most relevant shopping & after-sales experience is provided to Cocolita’s customers based on segmented purchasing behaviour; 
  • Analyse the customer journey from a CRM perspective to design a roadmap for sales growth that covers a mix of CRM campaigns and automation; 
  • Collaborate closely with the management, buying & merchandising and marketing teams to align on (product) sales strategy and support cross-functional projects; 
  • Lead and evaluate A/B testing activities to constantly improve the effectiveness of CRM tactics and refresh best practices; 
  • Be responsible for Cocolita’s CRM system operations (update of database etc.) and contribute to marketing messaging (e.g. newsletter copy-writing); 
  • Constantly study Cocolita’s competitors, as well as industry trends, to always keep CRM solutions up to date. 

 

Our requirements 


  • 5-7 years of experience in CRM, customer lifecycle marketing, and retention marketing in the e-commerce industry (preferably e-retail of beauty, fashion, and lifestyle products); 
  • Sound knowledge of CRM best practices (incl. customer segmentation, campaign management, and marketing automation); 
  • Experienced operational user of CRM platforms and marketing automation tools (e.g., Edrone); 
  • Data-driven with proven ability to increase user engagement and incremental conversion, retention, and growth by leveraging CRM capabilities; 
  • Spirited can-do attitude, motivated, and strong team player; 
  • Strong analytical and project management skills; 
  • Effective communication (upwards and downwards) and the ability to collaborate across different functions and levels of the organization; 
  • Accuracy and precision in achieving objectives and the ability to think in a goal-oriented manner; 
  • Sense for trends and new impulses in CRM marketing – preferably combined with a strong interest in beauty, fashion, lifestyle e-commerce; 
  • Higher education; with a preferred focus on marketing (CRM) and management, as well as E-commerce; 
  • Fluent command of English to enable international business communication within Burda Media network (Cocolita’s parent company).
