As a Promotion Marketing Specialist you will:

• Develop and execute comprehensive promotion plans for various events and marketing activities, including React Native EU and external events Across React Universe, conferences organized with partners, and podcasts.
• Provide substantial support in creating awareness-building materials, including podcasts, webinars, blog posts, newsletters, and presentations, ensuring high-quality content aligned with our objectives.
• Lead the distribution of awareness-building content through various channels, including social media, our website, and email marketing.
• Foster collaborations with external content creators to extend the reach of Callstack's message. This includes featuring Callstack team members on external podcasts and webinars, creating guest posts by our team, and cross-posting content on external platforms.

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of proven experience in marketing, especially in planning and executing promotional campaigns
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and email marketing.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent collaboration and project management skills.
• Knowledge of the software development industry is a plus
• Proficiency in using marketing and analytics tools is a bonus.
• Proven experience in a PR/Branding/Marketing agency would be an advantage.
• Proficiency in English (min. C1 level)
• Polish language is a must
