We simply build links, do kick-ass outreach, and pitch journalists via HARO mostly for SaaS alike clients but not only. Briefly speaking: SEO Outreach, link-building agency. 

We closely work with our super agency partners and consultants located all over the world, for which the quality of work and customer satisfaction are of key importance.

Who we are and how do we work

Our mission is to make use of SEO (search engine optimization) solutions in the most effective way for our clients. They are start-ups, free-lancers, self-employed people, big company & investors and share some common features. Our clients are successful and operate internationally. They are big thinkers looking for development, inspiration, and exceeding expectations.

We believe in work/life balance hence we allow ourselves to work extremely effectively per each day and therefore we end up with 6 working hours. That’s our aim when the job is done. 

When we say a “job done” we mean using all innovative solutions and looking for opportunities to complete the projects in accordance with the rules and deadlines. Yes - you would take full ownership, accountability, and responsibility over our shoulders and we will do our best to show you how to operate and deliver the best results! 

It’s fully remote. Do you want to open your laptop at 6 am and catch the sunrise while you are at Zanzibar Island? Maybe you want to be in the Bahamas or Thailand. Or are you totally different and interested in working from a cold, dark Greenland? Fine! Just make sure you are fit to work in such conditions and you have fully working internet no matter what plus we can meet during our office hours so we can make catch up with you over the Slack platform.

Offline team meetings are rare. We tend to get jobs done and have free time. However, we aim to organize serious offline meetings twice a year.

About the role

As an Outreach & PR Specialist you will be responsible for:

• acquiring partners through various communication channels (LinkedIn, Email, any other) and building relationships with them
• the appropriate evaluation of domains offered by partners
• acquiring partners for the implementation of paid publications, inserting links or mutually beneficial exchange (link partnership exchange)
• building links for clients in line with given KPIs
• adherence to and development of processes optimizing efficiency and speed of achieving goals
• creative contribution to the implementation of new processes, methods, and tactics
• documentation of your activities in the dedicated Google Sheets
• reporting the work done and the monthly evaluation of yourself

Who are we looking for? 

You are a great fit for us if…

• Your spoken English does not have to be perfect but you can write nice persuasive emails in English (or via LinkedIn). Actually most of the time you will be contacting your partners and external potential customers to make friends with them and look for potential link placement/exchange. Yes, that’s the holy grail of outreach.
• In a few words, that’s what we do: outreach, link building, digital PR. So, in a nutshell, you like to work on the computer/laptop and build your empire of link networks. Please do apply if that’s what you really want to do. 
• Technical SEO is not required. We will teach every single most important in-house strategy. No need to be afraid. You will be looking at the code of the website from time to time with no stress or panic. It’s that easy.
• You are responsible and reliable. You perform a systematic job focused on quality and achieving goals. You will take full ownership of given tasks and deliver them without waiting till your last day. 
• You are organized, take care of yourself, work hard and smart, eat healthy, and are part of happy people. You deliver happiness yourself, to us, to a client if everything is nicely accomplished and tasks are being fulfilled.

We are currently looking for a junior/junior level person. After the period of implementation and intensive learning (for about 6 months) and achieving the assumed goals, we will offer you the position of a specialist/expert.
