Managing Director

ClearCourse Dev, a part of the ClearCourse Group, is seeking an ambitious and dynamic leader for the role of Managing Director in Krakow, Poland. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding and nurturing a key strategic location for IT development and delivery within the Group.

With approximately 60 IT professionals and support staff presently, our aim is to grow this team to 200 within the next 2 years, positioning ourselves to offer significant offshore development resources in support of our customers. The Poland-based team is dedicated to supporting over 30 UK-based software businesses across various IT aspects, including project delivery, quality assurance and testing, project team augmentation, product development, transformation, and re-platforming.

We are in search of a bilingual (Polish, English) Managing Director who will lead ClearCourse Dev and manage our Krakow site. The candidate will oversee the Poland-based teams, collaborating closely with the ClearCourse Executive team, Divisional leadership, and the Group's wider business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic leadership, ensuring effective project delivery, resource management, communication facilitation, financial oversight, compliance, risk management, talent acquisition and management, office management, governance and reporting.

Required Skills and Experience:

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, possessing strong leadership abilities and a track record of success in an international SaaS or Payments business. Experience in IT design and delivery best practices, strategic planning, and budget management is highly valued. Excellent communication skills in English and Polish are essential.
