Operations Director/Plant Manager(packaging)

Location: woj. mazowieckie

Responsibilities:

• Managing the production facility
• Achieving goals set in collaboration with the management
• Supervising the organization of the production line, production costs and ensuring ongoing control
• Overseeing the production process in terms of production time, material consumption, and potential losses
• Setting goals for the team and evaluating their performance
• Preparing the facility's budget and developing growth strategies
• Reporting directly to the Company's Management Board
• Implementing production changes

Required qualifications:

• Several years of experience in an operational position, with knowledge of the plastics packaging market (flexo printing, lamination)
• Ability to manage a team and organize work effectively
• Proficiency in English is a prerequisite
• Experience in production management
• Higher education
• Risk assessment skills and the ability to make sound business decisions
• Assertiveness and initiative in action
• High motivation and openness to new solutions
• Result-oriented mindset
• Teamwork skills and excellent communication abilities
• Strong autonomy and responsibility in work, as the role has significant local and group exposure
