    💡 YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

    • Assisting in identifying key contacts and target accounts through prospecting tools or platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, Crunchbase).
    • Supporting active outreach efforts through email and social media engagement to generate new business leads.
    • Helping to qualify leads based on relevant criteria to ensure alignment with the Ideal
    • Customer Profile (ICP) before passing them to the Sales Team.
    • Scheduling meetings and presentations with prospects and Sales Managers.
    • Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities within CRM and automation tools.
    • Assisting in analyzing market trends to help optimize lead generation strategies.
    • Collaborating with the Sales Partner and Executive Team to ensure effective follow-up on leads and cultivating relationships with potential customers.
    • Providing support in preparing for business conferences, including managing prospect lists, message chains, ICP alignment, and post-conference reporting.
    • Contributing to the extension of our potential customers database through continuous research and outreach efforts.


    ✅ APPLY IF YOU HAVE

    • Some professional experience or internship in B2B/B2C sales or lead generation.
    • Basic proficiency in CRM platforms and LinkedIn Sales Navigator or equivalent prospecting tools.
    • Familiarity with Excel/Google spreadsheets.
    • Good verbal (at least B1) and written (B2 level) English skills.
    • Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
    • Basic analytical skills with a willingness to learn how to derive insights from data.
    • Basic understanding of Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and different buyer personas.
    • Good copywriting and communication skills with a focus on understanding prospects&business challenges.
    • A proactive and creative approach to lead generation, eager to learn and grow in a fast- paced, high-growth tech environment.


    📌 NICE TO HAVE:

    • Interest or knowledge in the eMobility or automotive industry.
    • Basic knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
    • Familiarity with project management methodologies.
    • Skills in utilizing ChatGPT prompting.
    • Basic experience in analyzing datasets.
    • Understanding of LinkedIn algorithms, rules, and best practices.
