    The project and the team

    Step into the role of a Demand Generation Team Leader at CodiLime, where you'll become an integral member of our dynamic Growth team. This team collaborates closely to forge new business relationships and secure new business.

    • Comprising approximately 25 seasoned managers, savvy marketers and business developers
    • We engage prospective clients globally, concentrating on markets in the United States, Western Europe, Israel, and Japan
    • Our outreach encompasses Fortune 500 companies as well as trailblazing startups


    Your role

    As part of the Growth team, your responsibilities will include:

    • Managing the team of Sales Development Representatives, providing them with guidance, support, and training
    • Cooperation with sales leaders to align the outreach strategy with current business development focuses
    • Cooperation with the marketing team to align inbound strategies with sales processes
    • Researching to identify prospective clients and developing strategies to gain access to them
    • Acquiring market insights to enhance the efficacy of our sales and marketing strategies, ensuring robust pipeline quality and campaign success
    • Motivating team to execute outreach initiatives with a commitment to quality and volume consistency
    • Using data to drive team activities and continuous improvement
    • Efficient organization and tracking of customer data in the CRM system


    Do we have a match?

    As a candidate for a Demand Generation Team Leader position, you must meet the following criteria:

    • A minimum of 5 years experience as a team leader in a demand generation team focused on B2B outbound sales, preferably within the IT sector
    • Proficiency in lead generation and the development of outreach strategies
    • Knowledge of current trends in outbound sales, including techniques and tools
    • Proficiency in using CRM software, preferably Hubspot
    • A proactive attitude and a goal-driven mindset
    • Fluency in English, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level)
    • Exceptional teamwork and communication skills; our success stems from our collaborative spirit
