The project and the team
Step into the role of a Sales Development Representative at CodiLime, where you'll become an integral member of our dynamic Growth team. This group collaborates closely to forge new business relationships and secure new business.
What else you should know:
- Comprising approximately 25 seasoned managers, savvy marketers, and innovative business developers
- We engage prospective clients globally, concentrating on markets in the United States, Western Europe, Israel, and Japan
- Our outreach encompasses Fortune 500 companies as well as trailblazing startups
Your role
In your capacity within the Growth team, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting research to identify prospective clients and key decision-makers across designated markets and organizations
- Executing outreach initiatives with a commitment to quality and volume consistency
- Maintaining precise and current CRM records
- Coordinating meetings and calls for the Sales team
- Acquiring market insights to enhance the efficacy of our sales and marketing strategies, ensuring robust pipeline quality and campaign success
- As we work with clients in various time zones you may be required to take part in calls outside regular business hours (9-5pm CEST)
Do we have a match?
As a Sales Development Representative, you must meet the following criteria:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a comparable role in B2B sales (SDR, Outbound sales specialist, etc.), preferably within the IT sector
- Proficiency in lead generation and the development of outreach strategies
- Familiarity with Hubspot (or alternative CRM) and tools for lead generation
- Adeptness in social selling techniques
- A proactive attitude and a goal-driven mindset
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level)
