Customer service Specialist with German

Your responsibilities:

• Resolving customer inquiries
• Ensure database accuracy by verifying and correcting data stored in SAP system
• Resolving internal and external inquiries and problems related to orders
• Being part of the continuous improvement team by identifying areas for process improvement and implementing improvement projects
• Creating quality notifications for the logistics team

Employer Requirements:

• Knowledge of German and English at min. B2
• Higher education
• Good knowledge of MS office package
• Attention to detail
• Customer orientation
