Your responsibilities:
- Providing customer service via phone, email and chat
- Assisting, providing advice on the clients' website and business
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients
- Improving ways to support customers
- Liaising with all other departments and product teams
Employer requirements:
- Knowledge of Spanish at C2 level
- Knowledge of English at C1 level
- One year of experience in customer service
- Communication skills, openness
