Your responsibilities:

• Providing customer service via phone, email and chat
• Assisting, providing advice on the clients' website and business
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients
• Improving ways to support customers
• Liaising with all other departments and product teams

Employer requirements:

• Knowledge of Spanish at C2 level
• Knowledge of English at C1 level
• One year of experience in customer service
• Communication skills, openness
