As a recruitment agency we are conducting recruitment processes for a global pharmaceutical company with German capital. They specialise in clinical nutrition. Their operation also includes a line producing disposable medical devices and specialised medical equipment. One of their factories is also located in Poland. They have a financial and accounting centre in Wrocław to provide for the company's subsidiaries throughout Europe and in South Africa.

The company is in the process of streamlining and standardising its processes. Therefore, we are looking for an additional person to join the 5-person analysis team. This is a new role in the Polish part of the company.

Process Mining is a fast-growing technology that can help modernise and find inefficiencies in various processes. The company recently embarked on a reorganisation to build a new global process ownership model and S/4 transformation plans.

Data Analyst (Process Mining)

Responsibilities:

As a Process Mining Data Analyst, you will play a vital role in executing this strategy by providing analysis and generating insights to help transform business processes and maximise the performance of various business functions within the company.

• Work closely with the Process Discovery Experts to translate business objectives into solution deliverables;
• Select appropriate solutions from the available toolbox to cover business requirements in most productive and time efficient manner;
• Provide recommendations and suggestions for solutions to be built based on experience and previous implementations;
• Prepare technical design documents for solution development and build a library of use cases;
• Work closely with Data Architects to define the data requirements, extractions and modelling;
• Design and implement data transformation from various sources to a common defined standard using knowledge model layers;
• Collaborate with other Data Analysts to ensure one consistent User Interface and User Experience in Solution Design;
• Present implementation progress and results to Process Discovery Experts and / or business teams, collect feedback and iterate on the developed solutions.

Requirements:

• Min. 2 years of experience in the multinational organization, preferably in area of Finance or Accounting;
• Knowledge of English at the level of min. B2;
• Previous experience in process improvement, business analysis, or technology consulting;
• Ability to take initiative - experience in core business processes (e.g., procurement, customer onboarding) and business transformation initiatives
• Strong analytical skills, especially in applying technology solutions to core business problems
• Hands-on data visualization and/or Business Intelligence experience with proven track record in solution implementations (knowledge of Power BI or other Business Intelligence tool).

Would be an asset:

• Knowledge of Celonis or other process mining tools;
• Knowledge of SQL.
